High Rise Storage Systems

Many pallets can be stored with adjustable levels in narrow aisle systems. Installation is made independent from the building with turret truck which is compatible with the system so any changes can be made inside the building.
Advantages:
• All the loads can be reached directly.
• There are flexibilities on the dimensions of shelves.
• There is possibility of reaching high amount of goods.
• There is minimum employee requirement if you chose right forklift.
• It optimised the utilisation of your warehouse capacity because of the maximum altitude and minimum area requirement.

Drive In Storage Systems

Drive in or drive through systems is recommended storage systems for similar loads with large quantities.
With this system your pallets are stored on the channels. Forklift trucks load the pallets from back to front on the channels so your goods can be load and unload as a block. Sliding conveyor parts are used instead of beams on this system.
Advantages of drive-in- through systems:
• Goods can be stored as a block.
• It is usable for seasonal products.
• It minimized aisle numbers.
• It optimised the utilisation of your warehouse capacity
• Lets you store the load with different depth and height.
• One forklift truck can be used for many channels.

Mezzanin Systems

The walking platform is made by using uprights. Walking platform is consubstantiating with maximum storage to get extra spaces to use.
In this system storage capacity is depends the floor numbers so systems let us optimized the utilization of warehouses altitude. It is very effective solution to use all altitude for companies which are not use all of storage altitudes.

Rack Clad Buildings

There is no need to build roof and siding wall to build warehouses on this system.
You do not need to build warehouse building. There is no limitation on altitude so you can use warehouse with maximum capacity.
This system is manufactured and installed with the entire component like it is ready to use so costumers do not need to do anything to use warehouse. This system can be disassembled so it can be moved to another place.

Cantilever Racks

An ideal solution for storing long material like as profile, pipe, plastic.... System can be extended with extra quipments. This system has solutions to store different length of materials together.
In the cantilever system, the uprights can be used as single sided or even double sided. With both side, it is possible the set up intended cantilever racks raw.
Advantage
• There is no limitation on the dimensions and carrying weight capacity.
• Installation is very simple because of using bolt to assembly it.
• System is movable to other place.

Flow Rack Systems

There are uprights to create channel and rollers between the uprights. One side of the channel is used for load and other side of channel is used for unload. There is break system in flow rack systems so movement of the pallets can be under the control. Break system controls movement of the pallet on the acclivitous rollers. There separator
between the first two pallets on the unload side of channel. When the first pallet unloaded separator open the system and change the palace of second pallet make it first pallet to unload. With this system each pallet does not make any pressure to each others.
Advantages:
• There is FIFO system.
• there is always ready pallet to unload on the unload side of channel if there is any pallet in channel.
• It makes optimal storage in warehouses.

Flow Rack Box Systems

Box flow rack systems are usable for every box with different kind of dimensions to pick up boxes in order, prepare the different kind of orders and store the small parts.
When the first boxes unloaded from unloaded side of channel system of FIFO make the roller send the second boxes to unload position.
Box flow rack system is suitable with general rack systems and usable for cold store.
