FLOW RACK SYSTEMS

In this system first loaded part is going to be first unloaded part (FIFO).   
There are uprights to create channel and rollers between the uprights. One side of the channel is used for load and other side of channel is used for unload. There is break system in flow rack systems so movement of the pallets can be under the control. Break system controls movement of the pallet on the acclivitous rollers. There separator between the first two pallets on the unload side of channel. When the first pallet unloaded separator open the system and change the palace of second pallet make it first pallet to unload. With this system each pallet does not make any pressure to each others.

Advantages:
? There is FIFO system.
? there is always ready pallet to unload on the unload side of channel if there is any pallet in channel.
?  It makes optimal storage in warehouses.
